When you submit a case, we collect the case name, notes, selected service, and any digital files you upload (such as STL, PLY, DCM, or ZIP files). These files may contain patient-related clinical data provided by you or your practice.

To create and manage your account and authenticate you when you sign in.

To receive, process, and deliver the dental CAD design cases you submit.

To communicate with you about the status of your cases, account, or support requests.

To improve our services and maintain the security of our platform.

Case files you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. Only you and authorized Remote Dental Design staff can access them.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate authorization/consent to share any patient-related data with us, and for removing directly identifying patient information (such as full name or date of birth) from files where not clinically necessary.

We retain case files for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service, unless you request earlier deletion.

We do not sell your personal data or case files to third parties.

Your data may be processed by trusted infrastructure providers (such as our database and storage provider) strictly to operate the platform, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We use row-level access controls so that clients can only access their own data, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and case files at any time by contacting us.

You may update your profile information directly from your account page.
